- Chopped nuts and incorporate in a bowl with dried fruits and shredded coconut.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler and mix constantly until all the chocolate chips have melted. Remove from stove.
- Add millet puffs or any other puffed cereal and mix until they are covered.
- On a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, spread small quantities of the chocolate puff mixture. Sprinkle with the fruit and nut mix and let stand on the counter for approximately 1 hour.
Can be preserved in an airtight container on the counter.
Substitute almonds, cranberries and pumpkin seeds with goldenberries and mango for an exotic flavour or with goji berries and raw pistachios for a colourful and flavourful mix.
