Vanilla Chia Pudding with Berries

This classic and timeless chia pudding is flavoured with vanilla and maple syrup, and topped off with fresh fruits and Goji berries. There's no reason why you can't enjoy this healthy nutritious breakfast for a snack or dessert as well!

How It's Made



  1. Pour the milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a Mason jar.
  2. Add the chia and shake vigorously. After 5-10 minutes, shake vigorously again.
  3. Let the chia sit for 35 minutes until the mixture has the consistency of tapioca pudding.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruits and Goji berries.
The pudding will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
