- Blend homemade Brazil nut milk, maca powder, ginger and ground vanille and set aside.
- Cut the dried mango slice in thin strips and cut the pineapple in small pieces. Mix in a bowl with the goji berries, lime zest and salt.
- Pour the milk preparation in a small bowl or glass and sprinkle with mangoes, pineapples, gojies, lime and salt.

To make your own Brazil nut milk simply soak 1 cup of Brazil nuts in a bowl of water for 6 to 8 hours. Rince nuts and mix with 4 cups of water (ass less water for thicker milk). Filter with your nut milk bag and there you have it!
