Looking for a healthy, comforting snack that you can whip up in under five minutes? We've got you! With its delicate flavour and rich, smooth texture, our almond butter, made from blanched European almonds, is nothing like any other almond butter on the market. First, the almonds are blanched (meaning the skins are removed), making it easier to digest. Then, they're very, very lightly roasted, so you get a pure almond flavour. If you get tempted to eat it by the spoonful when preparing this kid-pleasing snack, go right ahead - we do it all the time!

How it's made

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • 1/3 cup of trail mix
  • Grated coconut (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut the apple into 6 to 8 slices.
  2. Spread with almond butter and sprinkle generously with the trail mix of your choice (we used Machu Pichu). Serve immediately.
