Try this smoothie packed with high-quality protein, fiber and radical free fighting antioxidants! Drink it as a supplement or simply enjoy it to restore your muscles after intense activities or training.


How It's Made


  • 1 handful ice
  • ½ bananas
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mesquite Powder
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 cups homemade almond milk
  • 2 tbsps agave syrup


PRESERVATION: Can be kept in the fridge for 1 day.


  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix until the smoothie is smooth and creamy. Serve cold!
