Try this new take on a homemade ketchup recipe made with our sweet & tangy goldenberries!

How It's Made


  • 3 big yellow tomato(es)
  • ½ cup Goldenberries (Physalis)
  • 1 Medjool Dates
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • sea salt and pepper to taste


  1. Chop the dried goldenberries and soak in distilled water overnight.
  2. Add the soaked goldenberries with the tomato & all the remaining ingredients in your blender and mix. Enjoy!
  3. PRESERVATION Keep refrigerated and eat within the next few days.
