Smoky Coconut Chip Wraps

Nutritious and healthy, topped with fresh vegetables and Charleston coconut chips, these wraps are super quick to prepare. Whether it's to bring along for lunch or for a breakfast on the go, these wraps are easy, fast, convenient, and delicious. What more could you ask for? Coconut chips are absolutely perfect in a sandwich, adding a touch of spice and crunch that's impossible to pass up! This recipe can also be used to make rolls with nori sheets or rice paper, stuffed generously with the vegetables of your choice.

How It's Made


  • 6 pitas or rice wraps (for a gluten-free version)
  • 1 boston lettuce heart
  • 1/4 cup Veganaise
  • 2 cups of kale
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • A few avocado slices
  • 1 packet of
  • A mix of sprouts


  1. Finely chop the kale, and in a large bowl, rub with olive oil and lemon juice to soften. Salt.
  2. On a pita bread (or a rehydrated rice wrap) place 2 Boston lettuce leaves. Then, spread a teaspoon of Vegenaise, add some chopped kale, carrots, tomato, 2 avocado sclices, sprouts and top with Charleston coconut chips.
  3. Roll the wraps and enjoy!
