Italian-Style Chia Dressing

A reinvented version of the classic italian dressing!
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp PRANA organic whole black Proactivchia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free tamari sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, ground, to taste
Preparation
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle on a salad.
