Beet, Raspberry and Hemp Smoothie

With its bright pink colour, this smoothie is as delicious as it looks. Hemp seeds are a great source of protein and blending them up in a smoothie is a great way to get your daily fix.

Ingredients
  • 1 beet
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ lemon, juice of
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • Fresh ginger, to taste

Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the beet into small pieces (or grate). *We recommend wearing gloves to avoid staining your hands.
  2. Grate the ginger and remove the pits from the dates.
  3. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
