This milk can be preserved in a Mason jar in the fridge for up to 4 days. Shake well before using.
The nut to water ratio described above can be used with any of our nuts or seeds.
1 VANILLA BEAN = 1 tsp PURE GROUND VANILLA
Soak the Brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds in water for 4 hours or overnight. Discard steeping water and rinse.
Add the nuts, seeds and vanilla into the blender with 5 cups of fresh water and mix for approximately 1 minute.
Filter the mixture through a nut milk bag and squeeze to extract as much milk as possible. Enjoy as is or with a treat!
