Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 0 minutes
Servings 2 to 4 servings
This is a classic chia pudding with all the delicious flavours of autumn. Pumpkin is just as good in savory dishes as it is in desserts. For an even richer pudding, try topping with some of our signature maple-coated nuts, Go Nuts and Amandine. Extra tip: keep cubed pumpkin in a bag in the freezer. It'll then be quick and easy to grab some, steam and purée to have pumpkin anytime you crave!

How it's Made:

  1. In a high speed blender, mix the pumpkin, dates, spices and almond milk.
  2. Pour the chia seeds into a mason jar and add the pumpkin mix. Seal tightly and shake vigorously. Let set for a few minutes and shake again.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour, garnish, and serve!
