Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of pecans, coconut oil, chia seeds and water until smooth.
Combine dry and wet ingredients and add remaining chopped pecans, chopped hazelnuts, chocolate chips and banana until it holds together.
On a baking pan, form 30 cookies (about 1 very full table spoon each), make sure to space them, as they will expand.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 325F for 15-20 minutes. Let cookies cool down for at least 30 min before taking them off the baking pan. Enjoy!
