Have you tried overnight oats yet? What are you waiting for? It's a great go-to recipe for busy mornings. The base is always the same: oats, chia seeds, nut milk and a drizzle of maple syrup, but the real flavour comes in with the seasonings and toppings of your choice: berries, nuts, nut butters, banana, cacao powder, and more. Prepare it in single-serving mason jars to make it easier to add to your kid's lunch boxes or your own - it's not only a healthy breakfast, but also a filling snack. We have a few amazing recipes available here on the website, so find the one that suits your taste and enjoy!

How it's made

  1. In a mason jar or another tightly sealed container, put all the ingredients together and shake vigorously. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
  2. Split into 2 smaller containers, sprinkle with toppings, and serve!
