A great oatmeal recipe to make the night before for those hectic mornings! Just add fresh fruits and go!

How It's Made

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of rolled oats (not instant oats)
  • 2/3 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of
  • 1 tablespoon of organic walnut butter
  • 1/4 cup of wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of
  • 1/2 tablespoon of lucuma powder

Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 mason jars, or any other type of air tight container.
  3. Pour the milk on top, close the container and shake to mix everything together.
  4. Keep in the fridge overnight and eat for breakfast! We recommend adding a few fresh fruits in the morning.
The recipe will stay fresh for 3-4 days when kept in an airtight jar, and is easily transportable.
