Quick 'n Easy Energy Balls

Easy to make, naturally gluten-free and a perfect quick snack after outdoor activities!

How It's Made


  • 4 tbsps crunchy almond butter
  • 2 tbsps carob powder for decoration
  • 1 tbsp Organic Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp Whole Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tbsps lucuma powder
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds


  1. Put all ingredients in the mixer or into a bowl & mix with a spoon until all is blended.
  2. With your hands, take the mixture and roll it into little balls. Roll the formed balls in the remaining 2 tbsp of carob powder or, if you prefer, in your choice of crushed nuts.
