How It's Made


  • 3 1/2 cups fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil or italian parsley
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Brazil Nuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsps cold-pressed chia oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • sea salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor to a rough texture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve as an appetizer with crackers, fresh vegetable or on a salad, sprinkle over roasted vegetables, on pasta, in a sandwich etc. To preserve longer, fill up ice cube tray with pesto and freeze. Unfreeze when you need it!
