How It's Made
1 cup Vegan Cashew-Almond yogourt
1 orange(s), peeled
1 dozen slices Mangoes
4 Medjool Dates
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lucuma powder
1 ½ cups water
Spicy variation: Add 1 tsp of Garam Masala spices to the blender.
Soak chia seeds in ½ cup of water for 15 minutes. Soak dried mango in 1 cup of water at the same time.
Pit the Medjool dates.
Blend all the ingredients in your vitamix or high efficiency blender under the consistency of the mixture is smooth. Serve cold in a glass with a slice of orange.
