How It's Made: Nachos
1 bag of tortilla chips
Tex-mex spiced ground round
Grated dairy-free cheese
Sliced black olives
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Evenly spread the tortilla chips across a baking sheet.
Layer the remaining ingredients in the order that they are listed in.
Bake for 10 minutes, until the "cheese" has melted.
Optional: broil for 2 minutes (this will give the nachos a nice golden crisp).
Serve with the Macho Nacho "cheese" dip, Macho Nacho "Sour Cream", salsa, chopped avocados and the Tex-Mex style black beans.
How It's Made: "Cheese" Dip

1/2 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon curcurma
1 to 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

Soak the cashews in water for 2 to 4 hours, this is what gives the cashews a creamy texture.
Drain the cashews and blend them together with the remaining ingredients.
How It's Made: Sour Cream
1 cup of cashews
1/2 to 3/4 cups of almond milk
Juice of half a lemon(s)
