Store bought tofu dip has nothing on this recipe! It's about 1000 times better, and is made without preservatives and artificial flavourings. We like to add a handful of cashews towards the end for an extra-crunchy touch that switches up the traditional creamy texture of this crowd-pleasing favorite. If you're in a hurry and don't have time to let the tofu marinate, no worries! Just mix the tofu with the marinade, let sit for a few minutes, and then pulse together in the food processor. Delicious with both crudités and homemade crackers, this dip also makes a great egg-less egg salad sandwich spread! Yum!
