Italian-Style Chia Dressing

A reinvented version of the classic italian vinaigrette!


How It's Made


  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes
  • 3 tbsps cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsps wheat-free tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


  1. Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Splash on a lovely green salad and enjoy!
