How It's Made

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves
  • a pinch of ground cumin
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor with an S blade.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Serve with raw veggies or chips and pita.
