You can't go wrong with a chia pudding, that's for sure. This recipe is easy to prepare and healthy to eat, try it for breakfast, lunch or dessert!
How It's Made
6 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 cups of almond milk
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence
1 cup of fresh Quebec strawberries
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
In a mason jar, stir together the chia, almond milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and vanilla essence. Shake vigorously every 5 minutes to prevent the chia from sticking to the sides of the jar. Let sit for about 30 minutes to let the seeds absorb the milk.
In a blender, mix together the the strawberries and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to form a coulis.
Alternate layers of chia pudding and strawberry coulis in a mason jar. Top with a strawberry!
