- Bring to a boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
- Add blueberries et simmer at medium-low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain blueberries while reserving the cooking water. add blueberries, 1 cup of cooking water and 1 tbsp of agave syrup and blend for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve hot over pie or yogourt or serve cold with cider of champagne for an instant kir cocktail!
Trick: Substitute blueberries for the same quantity of apricots to obtain a sweet apricot syrup.
