How It's Made
35g Organic Soft-Dried Apple Rings
4 Organic Medjool Dates
25g Organic Finely Grated Coconut
pinch lemon zest
pinch Unrefined Algarve Sea Salt
pinch Organic Raw Ground Vanilla Beans
pinch cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg
Chop the dates to make a paste.
Chop the dried apple rings in small pieces and mix them with the shredded coconut, lemon zest, sea salt, vanilla & spices.
Combine all the ingredients together and massage until well combined.
Place the mixture into a pyrex about 1 inch high, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge, cut into bars. Enjoy!
