How It's Made


  • One half of an avocado(s)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of European almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of Goji berries
  • Some slices of banana


  1. In a blender, mix together the avocado, banana, cacao and maple syrup until it becomes a smooth creamy texture.
  2. Garnish with nuts, banana slices and superfoods of your choice (goji berries, chia..)
