Preheat oven to 425°F. Put a parchment paper on a large baking sheet and set aside.
In a big bowl, whisk together the almond butter, the melted coconut oil, the sugar the almond milk and the vanilla extract until smooth.
In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Mix in the vegan chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the top just begins to crack. Remove sheet from oven, and wait 10 minutes before transferring cookies to a plate or wire rack. Enjoy with a glass of homemade almond milk!

Too much sugarWritten By: Christina
Way too much sugar in this recipe. Unfortunately i didn't pay attention before starting so i went forward with making the cookies. They ended up getting burnt at such a high temperature and they were super sweet, like i knew they would be. I ended up throwing the cookies in the garbage.
PRANA edit: Hi Christina! We are so sorry - this is our mistake. The recipe should have one cup of sugar, but a typo sneaked in there. We apologize, this should not have happened - we'll make sure to double-check quantities in our recipes in the future!
Good but too much sugarWritten By: William B.
These cookies are delicious but there's too much sugar to call them healthy. At best they are a good vegan treat.
