Grease 6 small ramekins with two tablespoons of melted coconut oil.
Evenly distribute the coconut crust across the bottom of each ramekin about 1 cm thick then add the fruit mixture. Cover generously with the remaining coconut crust.
Bake for 30 minutes until the top is nice and golden and the apples are soft.
