How It's Made

Ingredients

  • pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup homemade nut milk
  • 2,5 to 5ml Maca Powder
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • pinch Ground Vanilla Beans
  • 1 slice Mangoes
  • 1 slice Pineapple Rings
  • 8 Goji berries
  • lime zest

Directions

  1. Blend homemade Brazil nut milk, maca powder, ginger and ground vanille and set aside.
  2. Cut the dried mango slice in thin strips and cut the pineapple in small pieces. Mix in a bowl with the goji berries, lime zest and salt.
  3. Pour the milk preparation in a small bowl or glass and sprinkle with mangoes, pineapples, gojies, lime and salt.
  4. Let stand a few minutes to soften the dried fruits and serve! Lémurie intérieure wishes you a joyful morning!
To make your own Brazil nut milk simply soak 1 cup of Brazil nuts in a bowl of water for 6 to 8 hours. Rince nuts and mix with 4 cups of water (ass less water for thicker milk). Filter with your nut milk bag and there you have it!
