Try this new take on a homemade ketchup recipe made with our sweet & tangy goldenberries!
How It's Made
3 big yellow tomato(es)
½ cup Goldenberries (Physalis)
1 Medjool Dates
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove(s)
sea salt and pepper to taste
Chop the dried goldenberries and soak in distilled water overnight.
Add the soaked goldenberries with the tomato & all the remaining ingredients in your blender and mix. Enjoy!
Keep refrigerated and eat within the next few days.
