Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Our classic almond milk is a basic ingredient for most of your baked goods and pastry recipes!


How It's Made


  • 1 cup raw European almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Ground Vanilla Beans
  • A pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed chia oil


PRESERVATION: In a closed container, the milk keeps for up to 4 days in the fridge. It can be easily added to your cereal, as a base to your smoothie or to drink directly. Vary nut mixture in your nut milk for a variation of this recipe such as walnuts, brezil nuts and more or add frozen fruits to taste! HINT: Soak your almonds throughout the night before you plan on making your nut milk recipe.

SUBSTITUTE: Agave syrup can be substituted for the same amount of maple syrup of 6 Medjool dates for 1/4 cup of agave.


  1. Soak almonds in water for at least 4 hours, then rinse and strain.
  2. Mix almonds and water in the blender at high speed for 1 minute.
  3. Filter with a PRANA organic nut bag and squeeze the mixture to take as much milk out as possible.
  4. Rince the blender add the nut milk with agave syrup, vanilla, salt and chia oil. Serve cold.
