After a joyous holiday season filled with sugary treats and delicious feasts, we feel that a healthy smoothie, chalked full of nutritious ingredients, is exactly what the doctor ordered. The flavour of apricots & macadamia make it a delight to consume while the hemp seeds and acai powder make it great for your health. Start off 2011 right by making your food your remedy.


How It's Made


  • ½ bananas
  • 1 tsp raw açai powder
  • ½ cup Goldenberries (Physalis)
  • 5 rehydrated Apricots
  • ¼ cup Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1/8 cup agave syrup
  • 1 ½ tbsps Hemp Seeds


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix. Adjust the amount of water to change the thickness of your smoothie, depending on your preferences. Enjoy!
