Strawberry-banana ice cream

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time --
Servings 4+ portions
Prepare a vegan ice cream in about 10 minutes with 5 ingredients or less? Yes, it's possible! The secret? Frozen bananas! It's also a great way to use up bananas that are just a little too ripe. Who doesn't love ice cream, on its own or sandwiched between two soft homemade cookies? Add your preferred ingredients to mix up the flavour profile. Banana goes great with cocoa powder, nut and peanut butters, matcha, chocolate chips, as well as coconut. You can replace the almond milk in this recipe with coconut milk for an even creamier, more decadent version. This simple and healthy choice is a refreshing way to brighten up a hot summer day, and the kids with love it!
