Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 1/2 dried chipotle pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Rehydrate the chipotle pepper in some warm water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.
