This bright and beautiful smoothie is not only delicious but it’s also packed with nutrients. Beets are a rich in organic sugars, providing natural sweetness along with the berries and pomegranate juice. Dark coloured whole foods like beets, berries, and pomegranate are a great source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that support optimal health and prevent disease. They are also a great source of fiber, water, and carbohydrates that supply the body with energy.


How It's Made


  • 1 small beet(s)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • ¼ cup pure pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup homemade almond milk


Sweetener : If you wish to sweeten the smoothie further, add two pitted dates.


  1. Blend the mix in a high-powered blender. Enjoy chilled!
