This velvety smoothie is a great alternative to your morning orange juice. Heighten your senses and drink up a glass of energy! Just a few ingredients is all you need to get your dose of vitamin C and antioxidants. Two Quebec strawberries to make this seasonal smoothie extra special!

With this recipe you will get one big tall glass, because freshness in a glass is always best!

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 Quebec strawberries
  • ⅛ cup Cranberries
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Ground Vanilla Beans
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Zest & peal your citrus fruit and add to your blender. The quantity of zest you add is up to you.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to your Vitamix or super powered blender and mix until your consistency is smooth. Drink fresh!
If you are using a regular blender, slice the citrus fruit and squeeze the remaining juice in the blender. Soak the cranberries in distilled water for about 30 minutes before adding them to the blender.
