Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp PRANA organic raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp PRANA organic shelled hemp seeds, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp PRANA organic raw European almonds, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp PRANA organic goji berries, for garnish
  • Some slices of banana, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a blender, mix together the avocado, banana, cacao and maple syrup until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. Garnish with nuts, banana slices and superfoods of your choice (goji berries, chia..)
