If I had to choose 3 items to live on a desert island with, Chia seeds would be one of them. Chia is an excellent source of energy, great for digestion and has a considerable amount of omegas. This vinaigrette is an easy way to integrate chia into your everyday diet!
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 3/4 cup fresh squeezed clementine juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 lime zest
Preparation
  1. Squeeze the orange juice into a mason jar and throw in the chia seeds
  2. .
  3. Shake well and let sit for 20 minutes.
  4. Throw in all remaining ingredients and shake again
  5. Serve!
