Cashew Lime Icing

Great gluten free cake that can be paired with our Gluten-free Pistachio-Lime Cake.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups PRANA Organic non-roasted cashews
  • 2 ½ tsp lime zest
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • ¼ tasse maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • pinch of sea salt
Preparation
  1. Add the ingredients to the Vitamix or high-speed blender with 2/3 cup of milk. Mix until the consistancy is smooth.
