Raw 4-Spice Carrot Cream Soup

A spicy raw soup to pair with a fresh salad!


How It's Made


  • 4 big carrot(s)
  • 2 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 apple(s)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tsps spices of your choice (curry, cumin, pepper, ginger, cayenne)
  • 1/4 cup wheat-free tamari sauce
  • 3 cups hot non-boiling water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsps cold-pressed chia oil


  1. Add all ingredients to your vitamix in the exception of olive oil and chia.
  2. Once the mixture is smooth, leave the vitamix on and drizzle the oil in the mixture to form an emulsion.
  3. Pour raw carrot soup in a lovely bol and sprinkle with minced coriander.
