Raspberry-mint chia fresca

A refreshing drink to keep you cool during the hot summer months!

How It's Made


  • 454 gr / 1 bag frozen raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 4 lemon(s)
  • 1 litre water
  • 1 litre carbonated water


  1. Soak the chia seeds in 1 1/2 cups of water for 25 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
  2. Squeeze the juice out of 3 lemons and put aside.
  3. Cut the 4th lemon in thin slices and put them in your pitcher.
  4. In a blender, mix the raspberries, lemon juice, half the mint bunch and agave with 1 litre of water.
  5. Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove the raspberry seeds.
  6. Put the mixture in your pitcher and add the litre of carbonated water, the chia gel and the remaining mint leaves.
