Quick and Simple Almond Milk

For the “on the go” mornings choose this simple organic Almond milk recipe! Made in just under one minute, this almond milk is versatile and multipurpose. Try it in your favourite cereal, granola, oatmeal, smoothies or just on its own. Almond milk is a great milk substitution and can be replaced anywhere you would use milk. Almond milk is a host to many nutritional benefits. Source of calcium, protein, fiber, essential fatty acids, magnesium, potassium and Vitamin E.


How It's Made



For a vanilla-flavoured version, add before mixing: - 1 tbsp. maple syrup or 1 pitted Medjool date - ¼ vanilla bean or 1 tsp. in essence vanilla

PRESERVATION: Pour in a glass container such as a mason jar and keep in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. Note that the milk separates in the fridge, just shake the Mason jar to homogenize the milk again.


  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix! There you have it instant fresh almond milk!
