How It's Made

Ingredients

  • 1 handful sunflower sprouts
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 2 orange(s), peeled
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • ¼ inch fresh ginger
  • pinch sea salt
  • water

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the Vitamix (high-speed blender), & blend ! Drink fresh immediately.
