History

Very fresh and delicious.

I consume depending on physical activity around 100g or more daily of these fresh sesame seeds and take my time chewing every last seed before swallowing. They are also beneficial in smoothies with ripe bananas in the morning when I don't have the time to chew them properly. The benefits I've noticed from consuming these seeds are increased hormone levels including growth hormone, mind sharpness (no brain fog), increased thermogenesis (no cold hands) and the go go in control feeling that I am consuming sufficient amino acids (positive nitrogen balance). They may improve your life like they've improved mine.
