Organic Pumpkin Seeds
These wondrous pumpkin seeds are very popular, and not just because they make a great crunchy snack.
They are a great source of protein and dietary fibre to keep you feeling full and energized, and a very good source of antioxidant vitamin E. They are also an excellent source of manganese, essential to maintain healthy bones and fight inflammation. Pumpkin seeds also contain the amino acid tryptophan, which the body converts into serotonin, often called nature’s sleeping pill.
Organic pumpkin seeds.
May contain traces of sesame, nuts and soy.
Pumpkin seeds are very fragile! They are therefore best kept in the fridge.
Culinary Uses & Recipes
In Mexico, they’re eaten toasted with salt, lime or chili peppers. We also love to add a handful of these beauties to salads, soups, root-vegetable dishes, granolas and oatmeals for a nice crunch and all the benefits on top!
