Olympic Smoothie

This smoothie is a great start to your athletic day!


How It's Made


  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • 2 tbsps White Mulberries
  • 2 tbsps Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tsps lucuma powder
  • 2 tbsps Goji berries
  • 2 tbsps cacao powder


You can replace almond milk with Brazil nut milk.


  1. Rehydrate goji berries by soaking them in a bowl of water for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
