This smoothie is a great start to your athletic day!
How It's Made
1 cup of fresh or frozen wild blueberries
1 handful of ice
2 cups almond milk
2 tbsps maple syrup
2 tbsps White Mulberries
2 tbsps Hemp Seeds
2 tsps lucuma powder
2 tbsps Goji berries
2 tbsps cacao powder
You can replace almond milk with Brazil nut milk.
Rehydrate goji berries by soaking them in a bowl of water for 5-10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
