We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and what better way to start off than with a nutritious smoothie! The harmonious blend of kale, bananas, blueberries, chia, flax seeds and more make it refreshing as much as it is nutritious.

How It's Made


  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 1/2 banana(s)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon whole black ProactivChia
  • 1 branch kale cabbage
  • 1 Medjool date


  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix. Once blended, pour in a glass and enjoy!
