SUBSTITUTES: Substitute the soaked flax seeds for 2 tbsps of chia seeds soaked in 6 tbsps of water for 25 minutes. - Substitute diced fresh fruit for 1 cup of dried fruits such as cranberries and goldenberries to add some flavour and colour.
PRESERVATION: Will preserve for only a few days in the fridge but the granola bars can easily be stored in the freezer!
