  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 nectarine(s), pitted
  • 1 cup homemade almond milk
  • 1 Medjool Dates
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 

OPTIONAL: Add 1tsp of organic raw coconut oil

Directions

  1. Process in a high speed blender for about a minute. Enjoy fresh!
