Quench your thirst with this probiotic enhanced lemonade recipe. With our ProactivChia, you get the added benefit of 2 strands of vegan probiotics. This lemonade makes is a minty delight for any sunny day!

How It's Made

Ingredients

  • 2 litres of filtered water
  • 3 large tablespoons of ProactivChia
  • 1/3 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • The leaves from 5 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons to 1/4 cup of simple syrup, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the water, ProactivChia and lemon in a large mason jar, pitcher or bottle of your choice.
  2. Set aside for 15 minutes while the ProactivChia soaks up the liquid, making sure to stir every few minutes so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
  3. Add the lemon slices, mint leaves and simple syrup. Mix until syrup is dissolved.
  4. Let the flavours infuse for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Mix again right before serving.
