Mango smoothie bowl with goji berries and Machu Pichu mix

Machu Pichu trail mix is a raw and nutritious snack that uniquely combines a colorful and tasty blend of healthy nuts and exotic dried fruits. It's got goldenberries, white mulberries, brazil nuts, Goji berries, and European pumpin seeds, among other things. Trail mix is a great snack choice for after a workout, to bring on a hike, or simply to have around at the office when that 3pm hunger its! Topping a smoothie bowl with a bit of Machu Pichu mix is a healthy option that'll give your breakfast a boost of delicious crunch and protein, leaving you with tons of energy to start your day! How It's Made

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup of homemade almond milk
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger

Directions

  1. Put the mango chunks, orange juice, and half the banana in the blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a mason jar, add the chia seeds, and shake. Set aside. 
  2. Add the almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, Goji berries and ginger to the blender (no need to wash it in between!). Mix until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Pour the two smoothies in a bowl side by side, and top with Machu Pichu trail mix.
